StormKloth II Performance Fleece 3-Ply fabric is very warm and made for colder conditions. The top layer is 200 GM, 100% polyester fleece. The inner layer is a waterproof/breathable membrane. The bottom layer is 190 GM, 100% polyester fleece. In addition this pant is 100% windproof, water resistant, moisture wicking, quiet and very durable.
