exceptional customer service. We care about our customers and we are
always here to help.
In order to give you the best prices and the best customer service while still
being profitable enough to keep the doors open for business we do have a
few rules we have to follow.
Badass OG is an authorized dealer for the products we sell. Manufacturers
have MAP Pricing (minimum advertised price) to protect their brand and
ensure good business relationships with all their dealers. We have great
relationships with the manufacturers that we sell, so we follow these MAP
policies. When manufacturers discontinue models or offer MAP holidays
we can discount our prices and create great deals for you.
To determine if we can Price Match a product we will verify the following
from the other internet retailer:
- Must be an authorized USA Dealer
- Product requested to price-match must be in stock
- Shipping charges from the retailer must be included in the price that
is being considered for matching - Product must be the same in color, style and the current model/
matching sku, etc. - Discontinued products usually cannot be price matched
- 3rd Party platforms such as Amazon usually cannot be price matched
as the sellers are often not authorized US dealers
