Compete in four challenging events and vie for the
title of Men's or Women's

• Event I: Timed Mile Run
  Test your endurance with a timed mile run, evaluated
  based on your age and gender to calculate your VO2 max
  score.
• Event 2: Strength Test
  Demonstrate your strength through push-ups, sit-ups,
  and bodyweight squats. Scores are determined by age and
  gender-specific benchmarks.
• Event 3: Ice Bath Challenge
  Show your resilience by soaking in an ice bath for as
  long as possible. The longer you endure, the more
  points you earn.
• Event 4: Archery Challenge
  Prove your precision with three shots at varying target
  sizes. Points are awarded based on accuracy.
